The 2UUL LD11 Anti-Bubble features a four-layer cushioning design that ensures an even distribution of pressure across the display surface, minimizing the risk of localized excessive force during the lamination process.

The carefully engineered structure of the pads helps compensate for pressure irregularities, ensuring a more uniform bond between the glass, the OCA adhesive layer, and the panel surface.

This reduces the risk of air bubbles, pressure marks, and mechanical damage to delicate LCD and OLED displays.

While these pads facilitate the lamination process, they do not replace proper surface preparation, the correct selection of laminator settings, or the final step of removing any remaining air bubbles in an autoclave.
