- Description: Thanks to its formula, it provides high adhesion and minimal residue after soldering. It allows easy application and remains in place. Safe to use. The improved composition reduces harmfulness during work, the flux is lead-free, emits minimal smoke, does not emit irritating odors. To clean the flux residues, you can use regular isopropanol, recommended for BGA, CSP soldering but also for regular work requiring the use of flux.
