| Display refurbishment — the main application of the TBK 958ZE The TBK 958ZE has been particularly well adapted for the display refurbishment process. One of the most demanding and risky stages of traditional refurbishment is separating damaged glass from a working display panel using molybdenum wire. This is one of the stages where there is a high risk of damaging the panel. Using the laser makes it possible to largely avoid the traditional wire-based glass separation process. After the surface has been properly processed with the laser, the layer between the glass and the display is prepared in such a way that the glass can be separated from the panel much more easily. |
| Lower risk of damaging a working display panel After proper laser processing, the glass can be separated from the display with significantly less force. In practice, this helps reduce the risk of accidental damage to the display panel while also speeding up one of the most time-consuming stages of the entire refurbishment process.
