SUNSHINE LS6 Pro – heated screen and back cover separator

SUNSHINE LS6 Pro is a heated separator designed for safely opening phones, detaching screens, and removing back covers. Adjustable temperature, a mechanical lifting system, and a modular suction cup facilitate the gradual separation of glued housing elements.

SUNSHINE LS6 Pro – a separator for opening phone screens and back covers.

The SUNSHINE LS6 Pro combines a heating plate with an adjustable holder and a suction cup to lift the element being removed. Heating the phone helps soften the adhesive, and the screw mechanism allows you to gradually increase the force to lift the screen or back cover.

This solution provides more control than manually prying the device without first heating it. The separator is perfect for replacing displays, batteries, housings, frames, and back covers in Apple and Android phones.

Temperature adjustment from 0 to 80°C

The plate temperature can be adjusted to suit the phone's design, adhesive type, and the repair being performed. The adjustment range is 0–80°C, allowing the device to operate with or without active heating.

The evenly heated surface helps soften the adhesive under the screen or back cover. This makes it easier to insert openers, service cards, or string and can reduce the risk of damage to the separated components.

Temperature adjustment within the 0–80°C range allows you to tailor the parameters to the repair being performed.

Important information: The term "hot and cold operation" means that the separator can be used with or without heating. The device does not have an active cooling system.

Controlled screen lift

A large knob and screw allow you to gradually increase the suction cup tension. Instead of abruptly peeling off the screen, the technician can slowly lift the element and continuously monitor the adhesive separation.

Mechanical adjustment helps maintain precision when working with delicate OLED screens, glass back covers, and components that must be retained for reassembly.

5 Key Features of the SUNSHINE LS6 Pro

The separator's design was designed with everyday use in a GSM service center in mind. The device combines adjustable heating, stable phone mounting, and a controlled lifting system.

Temperature control, stable base, large knob, camera protection, and modular suction cup.

  • Precise temperature control

The 0–80°C adjustment range allows you to adjust the heating level to your needs.the type of glue, housing, and the device being repaired.

  • Thickened and stable base

The massive construction and anti-slip pads help keep the separator in a stable position during operation.

  • Large metal knob

The enlarged knob and smooth-running screw facilitate the adjustment of the fastening and the gradual lifting of the element being removed.

  • Cutout to protect the camera

A specially shaped space in the plate allows for proper placement of the phone with a protruding camera island and reduces pressure on the lenses.

  • Modular suction cup design

The detachable suction cup module makes it easy to assemble, disassemble, and prepare the separator for another device.

Large heating surface

The plate has been designed to ensure the most even contact with the phone's case. Proper temperature distribution helps heat the adhesive over a larger surface without the need to constantly move the device.

The separator can be used both when opening the phone from the display side and when removing the glued back cover.

Applications

  • Removing phone screens from the frame,
  • Removing glass and plastic back covers,
  • Opening devices before replacing batteries,
  • Replacing displays and touch modules,
  • Apple phone repair and Android devices,
  • service work on glued mobile device cases,
  • preparing the phone for further repair or diagnostics.

How it works

  1. Place the phone on the separator plate and adjust the holders to its dimensions.
  2. Set the temperature appropriate for the phone's design and the type of glue.
  3. Wait until the glue is evenly heated and softened.
  4. Attach the suction cup to the screen or back cover.
  5. Slowly turn the knob, gradually lifting the element to be removed.
  6. Insert the appropriate service tool into the resulting gap and carefully separate the adhesive.

Safe servicing

Before starting disassembly, check the position of the display ribbon cables, buttons, and other components. The suction cup is designed to create a controlled gap and should not be used to forcefully remove the screen.

Compatibility

The SUNSHINE LS6 Pro is designed to support many Apple phone models and Android devices. The adjustable mounting range is approximately 130–180 mm.

p>

Before starting work, check the dimensions of the phone, the position of the cameras, and the possibility of properly attaching the suction cup. Unusual devices, foldable phones, and models with a prominent camera island may require individual adjustments.
