2UUL FD40 is a compact heating platform designed for localized heating of electronic circuits during precision repair work. It works with C210-based soldering irons, drawing heat directly from the soldering station and eliminating the need for a separate heating device.
The flat 16 x 17 mm work surface ensures direct contact with the component and enables even and concentrated heating.
Adjustable screws allow you to adjust the mounting spacing to accommodate various sized circuits and securely secure the component on the platform.
2UUL FD40 transfers heat directly to the chip's surface, ensuring even and concentrated heating. This solution allows for more precise work than heating a larger area with hot air and limits the impact of temperature on adjacent components. This facilitates cleaning of chips before re-soldering, reballing, or further repair. The 16 x 17 mm heating surface is designed to work with many chips used on motherboards. Adjustable mounting spacing allows you to adjust the working space to the size of the chip. Screws can be used to securely fix the component, limiting its movement.
The platform is compatible with soldering irons and stations supporting the C210 system. Once installed, it acts as a specialized heating tip and utilizes the temperature control available in the station. The recommended operating range is 150 - 200°C, which allows you to match the temperature to the component being processed.
