Strong magnetic positioning
Equipped with high-quality neodymium magnets, the base guarantees secure and stable adhesion of the stencil to the chip. This prevents the screen from moving while applying solder paste, eliminating errors and the need for corrections during the reballing process.
High Temperature Resistance
The materials used to manufacture the base and the included screens are fully resistant to the high temperatures generated by hot air stations. The design prevents the screens from warping under the influence of heat, ensuring perfectly formed tin balls every time.
