Professional holder for ball-peening the middle layer of an iPhone motherboard. To connect both parts of the motherboard together (so-called sandwich), the reballing process must be performed.
This device allows you to easily and safely complete this process. The perfectly matched stencil prevents problems related to incorrect ball alignment on the PCB.
The kit includes BGA stencils.
