Our genuine refurbished displays come from the secondary market. Therefore, we have no control over whether a specific unit is supplied with or without the top ribbon cable.
Before starting installation, check the specific variant you received and follow the appropriate display pairing procedure. The required steps may vary depending on whether the screen features a top ribbon cable.
Refurbishment is also a more eco-friendly solution. Renewing and reusing functional original screens helps reduce e-waste and extends the lifecycle of valuable components.

Securing the product for shipment
All our displays are secured with a special protective film.
The film protects the screen from scratches during transport.
Products are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the display from damage.
We verify that the display is functioning correctly before shipment.
A protective film and a warranty seal are applied to the back of the display.
Test the display before installation
Please thoroughly test the LCD and touch function for at least 10 minutes before final installation.
Do not remove the protective film until you are certain the display is free of defects and functioning correctly. The display may be incompatible with certain motherboard or software versions.
ATTENTION!
When installing the display, please pay special attention to the positioning of the ribbon cables. Improper placement within the housing can cause the cables to break, resulting in screen malfunctions.
